Testimonial
“The bank said that whoever created the trust did an excellent job. They had never seen one so professionally done. They took a copy of it and said they would recommend people to look at your service. The IRS said the same, and everywhere I go, they take a copy of your business card. I’m truly blessed that before Greg died, he found your services. Thank you for making such a tough process easier.”

The bank said that whoever created the trust did an excellent job. They had never seen one so professionally done. And they took a copy of it and they said that they would be recommending people to take a look at your service.
So they have a copy of your business card. I took the trust binder and the IRS said, fantastic job. Everything is laid out in the trust and they took a copy of your card because I was there to find out if Greg had any 1099s and if there were any things that I needed to record.
[Mark Zeng] (0:32 – 0:33)
And you went to a fire tax return on him?
[Speaker 1] (0:33 – 0:34)
Correct.
[Mark Zeng] (0:34 – 0:38)
Okay, so you hired an attorney, I mean an accountant, a fire tax return already?
[Speaker 1] (0:38 – 0:40)
Yes. To wrap up his assets?
[Mark Zeng] (0:40 – 0:40)
Yes.
[Speaker 1] (0:40 – 0:42)
Okay. So that’s why I had to go too.
[Mark Zeng] (0:42 – 0:42)
Okay.
[Speaker 1] (0:42 – 1:11)
So what other institutions did you go to other than the bank and the IRS? I went to a housing economic rights advocate in regards to getting a, assuming the home loan. And they too had to take a look at the trust and the binder.
And they said the job was very well done. Everywhere I go they take a copy of your card. So you’re blessed.
Oh, definitely. I’m blessed that before Greg died he certainly found your services. Okay.
